Design
To recognised standards, sized for growth, with drawings in front of you before anyone lifts a tool. Where budget and standard disagree, we tell you.
Implement
Certified engineers and technicians, phased around your operation. On live sites, nobody loses a working day because we needed a ceiling open.
Test and document
Every point tested, every result recorded, every drawing issued as-built. Most contractors compress this step. It is the one you will care about in year three.
Maintain
Preventive schedules, condition reporting and a support line, so the system stays as good as the day we handed it over.
Documentation, and why we make a point of it
When a system fails, the first hour usually goes on working out what is actually installed. Every hour spent on that is an hour not spent fixing anything.
Our handover pack includes as-built drawings, port and circuit schedules, the labelling scheme, test and certification results, and O&M documentation.
If your facility team cannot operate the system from that pack, we have not finished the job.

Our installation teams work to international standards and are equipped with the testing and reporting tools to prove it. Our power teams are safety certified, which in that discipline is not optional.
ISO certifications, if held, and any formal QHSE policy we can publish. Part 3 of the Project Data Request asks Management for both. One competitor promotes ISO certificates to top-level navigation, which for data centre and facilities work is a procurement gate worth clearing.
