The problem this solves
Power protection is usually bought once and then forgotten until the day it is needed. By that point the load has grown well past what the UPS was sized for, the batteries are past their service life, and nobody has load-tested the system since commissioning.
The failure mode is quiet. Everything looks healthy on the panel right up until the grid drops and the system carries the load for ninety seconds instead of the fifteen minutes everybody assumed.
Why it matters
Autonomy is not a specification. It is a promise about how long your business stays running. It is worth knowing whether that promise is still true, and it is worth someone testing it on a schedule rather than finding out live.
We size against measured load, and we test what we install. Those are different activities from reading a label.

Common questions
How do you size a UPS?
Against measured load, not the nameplate rating of your existing equipment, and with headroom for where the load is going. We would rather spend an hour measuring than guess in either direction.
How long do batteries actually last?
Less than the datasheet says, if the room runs warm. We give you a realistic replacement window at handover and we plan the replacement rather than waiting for a failed discharge test.
Can you test our existing system?
Yes. A load test on an installed UPS is the single most useful hour you can spend on this, and most systems we test hold for noticeably less than the owner expected.
Do you handle the generator too?
We handle the interface, the ATS and the coordination. Where a generator is in scope we will tell you clearly what we deliver and what sits with the mechanical contractor.
What does your SLA actually commit to?
Defined response times, planned preventive visits and a documented report from each one. We agree those numbers with you before you sign, and we do not publish them here because they differ by site.
Can you maintain a UPS you did not install?
Yes, after a survey. We will tell you first what needs attention before any schedule makes sense.
