Healthcare
Infrastructure for teams who cannot take the system down.
Networks, power and security for hospitals and healthcare providers, designed around clinical operations that run every hour of every day.
We hold no healthcare photography yet. This page needs its own shoot before launch, because generic data centre imagery on a hospital page is exactly the stock-photo problem our Digital Strategy told us to avoid.
What this sector demands
There is no maintenance window
Clinical systems, imaging, monitoring and access control run continuously, and the consequences of an outage are not commercial.
The building fights the network
Coverage has to reach areas that are shielded, wet, sterile or all three. Standard office wireless design does not survive a hospital floor plate.
Access has to be secure and instant
Controlled areas held secure, without clinical staff fighting a reader in an emergency. Those two requirements pull in opposite directions and the design has to hold both.
What we do here
Why CoreLink here
- We phase work around live operations and we do not ask for windows clinical teams cannot give
- We size power for continuity of care, and we test it rather than trusting the nameplate
- We design coverage for the physical reality of a hospital, not for an open-plan floor plate
- Documentation is handed over in a form the estates team can actually work from
- Our maintenance planning assumes a building that never closes
Standards and suppliers
We name the standard we build to, in writing. These are the ones this sector asks about most.

Projects in this sector
Project cards land here once the Project Data Request comes back from Engineering.
Other sectors we work in
Tell us which departments cannot close.
We will build the phasing around them, and show you the sequence before anyone mobilises.
